Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers in your area.
  • Conduct remote meetings with contractors, focusing on business-to-business interactions.
  • Assess client needs to determine the suitability of our services and referral programs.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies while attending key promotional events.
  • Maintain regular contact with referral partners, providing value-added interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment, job, and revenue targets.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
  • Achieve and surpass established goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Represent our company and brand professionally through face-to-face engagements.
  • Complete weekly sales reporting and maintain monthly marketing routes.
  • No prior industry knowledge is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
