As a Senior SAP Security Consultant, you will provide innovative business solutions to our top-tier clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail sectors.


By collaborating with us, you will help address our clients' most pressing business challenges through a blend of industry knowledge, business process expertise, and consulting excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
In your capacity as a Senior SAP Security Consultant, you will:

  • Engage directly with project teams to deliver SAP Security Design, Implementation, Administration, and Support.
  • Evaluate business needs, assess current systems, define solutions, and convert them into comprehensive programming designs.
  • Work alongside clients and teams to provide solutions and continuously enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Oversee the design and development of tailored reports.
  • Offer general technical support to clients and conduct training sessions as necessary.
  • Assist in scoping potential engagements and crafting proposals.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of eight years of comprehensive SAP Security experience.
  • Expertise in SAP Security with at least three full-lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Security design, development, testing, defect resolution, and post-production support.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA Security migration.
  • Proficiency in SAP Fiori Security design, build, and support, particularly focusing on Fiori Spaces and Pages.
  • At least one implementation and support experience in SAP GRC 12 Access Controls.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Experience in planning and leading implementation workshops.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies such as Activate and Agile.
  • Knowledge of S/4 HANA.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, as our Senior Consultants engage in everything from design to hands-on configuration and can transition into new roles.
  • A commitment to supporting both project-based work and application-managed services (AMS).
  • A strong client service orientation and a proactive approach to executing engagements and project plans/tasks.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations at a publication-quality level.
  • A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Travel Requirements:
Travel is a vital aspect of this position, averaging 30-50%, subject to client and project needs. When not traveling, consultants will work from their home office. Relocation is not necessary.
