Store Operations Associate, Sparky's
Role Summary
The Store Operations Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, merchandising products, and assisting the store management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide each customer with exemplary service and attention
- Carry out daily operational tasks and responsibilities as directed by management
- Engage in cash register operations, processing sales transactions, and managing opening/closing duties
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and store cleanliness
- Assist in the receipt and processing of new inventory shipments
- Commit to ongoing personal development and skill enhancement
All staff and customers are required to adhere to health guidelines within the store. Eating or drinking is prohibited while shopping, and common areas are regularly sanitized. Breaks are scheduled to ensure social distancing.
