Customer Satisfaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join our team at Lance Paulson Insurance Agency Inc. in Utah.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience and be proficient in Microsoft programs, Google Docs, and other technology tools.
The starting annual salary for this role is $40,000 plus bonuses, commissions, 401k match, paid time off, and health benefit options.
Job Description:
The Customer Satisfaction Specialist will play an integral role on our service team, converting clients into raving fans by executing existing positive contact systems, working with clients to help with questions and needs, and creating new systems to promote higher satisfaction.
The key duties of this position include:
- Executing our Personal Insurance Review (PIR) process for all existing clients to ensure satisfaction
- Entering client information into various databases and customizing message delivery to be sent via email, text, mail, and phone calls
- Submitting auto, home, and commercial insurance policies to bind coverage as needed
- Working with the Manager to help create, systematize, and implement new marketing programs to include client appreciation events, campaigns to networking partners, and more
- Monitoring and updating our key performance tracking systems in either Excel or Google Sheets
- Providing personalized, professional customer service experiences through building trust and developing strong customer relationships
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes and procedures
- Charged to monitor and resolve updates coming into the agency, including renewals, policy changes, reinstatements, cancels, premium changes, questions, etc.
- Estimating and quoting policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines
- Identifying and suggesting complimentary products discovered through client interactions or data analysis
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be willing to obtain the Property & Casualty insurance license (if you haven't already). Don't worry, we will help train and pay for the testing.
You must also be able to work 40 hours/week from approximately 9:00-5:30 mostly in one of our offices.
