We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at ASM Global. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality food and beverage experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of dishes, from banquets to à la carte menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including hot and cold food, to order and according to standardized recipes.
  • Prepare food items for banquet orders and large groups.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests and colleagues at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
