The Admissions Director - Community Relations professional at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy embodies a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism. This role is responsible for building referrals and promoting our treatment services to families, doctors, diagnostic centers, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans to increase center census and meet or exceed profitable growth of client referrals.
- Qualify inbound leads and refer them to the intake department for handling.
- Track and analyze referral data, trends, and demographics to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with other management to identify and qualify potential new services to meet customer needs.
- Comply with policies and professional standards, and act independently and responsibly to perform duties on a consistent basis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions or marketing in healthcare, mental health, education, or related therapies field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to travel locally and have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, and required automobile insurance.
