Position Overview:
Contract-to-hire
Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
On-site position
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to department leadership
  • Oversee the administration of educational programs
  • Facilitate adult learning sessions and events
  • Support activities and communications for youth programs
  • Assist with various special projects and initiatives
  • Act as the primary contact for community members
  • Maintain confidential records and manage scheduling

Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in the education or nonprofit field
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to uphold privacy and confidentiality standards
