Cardiac Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac PCU team at Mass General Brigham.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Current Massachusetts RN license required
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required
- Telemetry experience preferred
