Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for ophthalmologist appointments, including taking ocular, medical, and family history, and completing visual acuity and refraction tests.
  • Assist with contact lens ordering and teaching patients how to insert and remove contacts.
  • Document pre-test findings, telephone calls, and patient messages using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting customers.

Requirements
