The selected candidate will act as an advocate for ERP business transformation, possessing a deep understanding of essential business functions such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, and Hire through Retire, alongside technical expertise in system configuration to enhance business processes.

This individual will bridge the gap between business readiness and system capabilities, ensuring optimal utilization of the ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear vision and understanding of business requirements alongside tailored ERP strategies.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of business functions, including Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Human Capital.
  • Facilitate the execution of the program deployment roadmap across various business units.
  • Define the roles of each function and key partners during the digital transformation, crafting strategies to achieve desired capabilities.
  • Support program activities, ensuring effective communication between business units and IT teams.
  • Analyze and redesign business processes to meet compliance, financial management, and operational objectives.
  • Contribute to establishing best practices for program deployment and user training to ensure efficient implementation.
  • Collaborate with domain specialists, data analysts, and software engineers to integrate systems with other business applications.
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Transformation, ERP Implementation, and Enterprise Integration.
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and risk management.
  • Understanding of data governance and quality management.
  • Expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Capacity to manage complex communications effectively.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement changes and solve problems.
  • Adept at analyzing detailed components while maintaining a broad perspective.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience managing multiple ERP transformations.
