**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, responding to their inquiries and directing them to their destinations.
  • Direct parking and traffic for special events, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
  • Operate cash handling systems, processing payments and handling customer transactions.
  • Perform custodial duties, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parking garage.
  • Perform routine maintenance on parking facility equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • Formal education in arithmetic, including addition and subtraction, and reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • 6 months of training or 6 months of experience in public relations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of customer service, cash handling, and agency policies and procedures related to parking facility ticketing and security.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving few variables within a familiar context, carry out simple instructions, read, copy, and record figures, and demonstrate physical fitness.

**Working Conditions**

This role will occasionally require working outside in all weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, fumes, and noise. Hours will center around evenings and weekends.
