About Us

We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Allen, TX or Peachtree Corners, GA.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide clerical assistance and perform administrative-related functions in conjunction with other service center personnel. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will serve in an administrative support role for assigning work to coordinators and reviewers, and in processing new and pending issues and escalations administered through the intake process in support of key operational functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in and/or perform general clerical duties necessary to accomplish daily department activities.
  • Perform typing/keyboarding and data input functions.
  • Monitor inbound email box for newly reported issues and general inquiries.
  • Proactively monitor project production and quality to ensure achievement of client objectives and standards.
  • Collect, verify, and store organizational payroll data.
  • Assign and distribute inquires to coordinators or reviewers.
  • Input and process all client-specific feedback forms.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls received on the dedicated service lines.
  • Assist external clients with customer service inquiries.
  • Document assignments and status, utilizing appropriate web-based systems.
  • Participate in special projects or perform duties in other areas as requested.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 year's customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience.
  • Minimum two years' office experience. Demonstrated experience in customer service, administrative/clerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize internal web-based programs.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Possesses high level of attention to detail.
  • Understands the business-to-business relationship, and deals with all communication effectively with high levels of customer service.
