Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain packaging machines, including Algus Clambshell sealing, RF sealing, Hang Tag, Shrink Wrap, and Manual Tube Packaging.
  • Load and unload materials, including reciprocating saw blades, clamshells, cards, and pallets.
  • Replenish materials as needed, including tape, labels, clams, cards, and other supplies.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40lb. boxes.
  • Proper hand dexterity and ability to read and follow instructions.
  • General math skills and high school diploma or GED from an accredited school.
  • Prefer experience in machine operating and packaging.
