Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to join our team at the City of Enterprise, AL. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Reception and Communication: Answer the telephone, greet visitors, and assist callers as needed.
- Clerical Support: Assist with website management, information technology coordination, and department research.
- Record Management: Assist with record management functions, election records, and filing information.
- Administrative Support: Assist with banking and post office (courier) operations.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED and current enrollment in postsecondary school.
- Skills: Knowledge of filing systems, computer skills, and writing skills.
- Ability: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and the general public.
