Job Overview

AmeriCARE - Mid Atlantic is seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Senior Support Specialists.

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will assist adults in maintaining their independence with dignity. Our clients require support with activities of daily living, transportation, light housekeeping, running errands, advocacy, and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social events
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning
  • Run errands and perform tasks as requested by clients
  • Advocate for clients' needs and interests
  • Document tasks on care plans and report any changes in condition to supervisors
Requirements
  • Current CNA/GNA certification
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Negative TB or X-ray screening
  • Ability to work in CARROLL COUNTY
What We Offer

$18/hour, $25 for one hour shifts
