Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and individualized care.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Participate in the development of programs and activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and family members.

Qualifications:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
