Senior Living Support Specialist

Job Summary
Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living communities, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing personal care and assistance to residents as needed, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks, as well as assisting with feeding and hydration
- Assisting residents with mobility and transfer needs, such as walking and transferring from wheelchairs to beds
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary.
