Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our Shared Services Team, you will provide exceptional multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers, ensuring a positive experience and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, chat, email, social media, and US mail with service and support issues.
  • Resolve problems utilizing department tools, resources, and expertise, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives.
  • Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels meet customer and Luxottica Retail expectations.
  • Use courteous and professional language.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Create a win-win resolution to problems.
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers.
  • Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers.
  • Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact.
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position.
  • Luxottica Retail store/field experience.
