Our Technical Operations team comprises skilled technicians, engineers, planners, and facilities experts dedicated to maintaining our fleet's excellence. If you are eager to contribute to our aircraft maintenance efforts, we invite you to join our team.


Starting Hourly Rate:
Base pay plus additional premium pay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive knowledge of general building maintenance, particularly in electrical systems, including AC & DC circuits and high voltage (480).
• Experience in industrial wiring and the ability to interpret wiring schematics independently.
• A journeyman electrical license is advantageous.
• Capability to perform repairs on low and high voltage electrical equipment throughout the facility.
• Familiarity with related trades such as HVAC systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and conveyor operations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, in outdoor conditions.
• Schedules are determined based on seniority.
• Employees are represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), with salary increases aligned with the current IBT/United contract.
• New hires must join the union within a specified timeframe, with associated fees and dues.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
• Minimum of 24 months of experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Electrical systems (including 480 volt, 3 phase)
- Structural maintenance (including steel frame construction)
- HVAC systems (including building management systems)
- Mechanical systems (including conveyors)
- Plumbing
- PLC electronic/computer controls
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to maintain and repair various building systems, including heavy machinery and welding.
• Work may involve indoor and outdoor environments or elevated areas.
• Must be able to climb ladders and walk for extended periods.
• Moderate lifting required.
• Possession of necessary tools for job functions.
• Basic computer skills for data management.
• Candidates must be available for full-time employment.
• A valid, clean state driver's license is required.

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in electronics diagnostics and troubleshooting.
