Your Role:
As a territory-based sales consultant, you will:
- Promote a diverse range of advanced technology solutions, including office equipment, interactive boards, managed IT services, VOIP, managed print services, and business supplies.
- Engage with new and existing clients through proactive outreach, including prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage client accounts and meet business objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Introduce new products and promotions while assisting the customer service team in resolving client issues.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain thorough account documentation.
- Collaborate with specialists to ensure project completion and foster strong relationships with current accounts.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A proven history of success in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
- A background that demonstrates resilience and competitiveness, whether through education, athletics, internships, or relevant work experience.
- A strong desire to excel in a customer-centric environment with exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary with multiple bonus opportunities and uncapped commissions.
- Potential total earnings ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 or more.
- Average first-year earnings between $60,000 and $70,000, with the potential to exceed $100,000 within 2-3 years.
- Additional benefits such as a cell phone allowance, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision.
- Uncapped paid time off, life insurance, 401k, and opportunities for professional development.
