Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Service Technician to join our team at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions. As a key member of our Controls Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including controls and mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, identifying and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HVAC, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, with a focus on controls and mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles, systems, and commercial HVAC mechanical equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
