Job Opportunity

Frost Brown Todd LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Orange County office. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our attorneys in preparing and managing complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of statutes, judicial decisions, and other legal sources to inform case strategy.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and appeals, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate facts and law to determine causes of action and prepare cases accordingly.
  • Assist with the collection, review, and organization of electronic and paper discovery materials.
  • Prepare trial binders and other materials to support case preparation.
  • File pleadings with the court clerk and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare affidavits and maintain document files.
  • Deliver or direct delivery of subpoenas to witnesses and parties.
Requirements:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, combined with relevant experience and certifications.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong background in trial preparation and case management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multitask when needed.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and contributing to the success of the litigation team.
