Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist - Family Services Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with families and individuals to provide comprehensive therapeutic services and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to address the unique needs of each family or individual.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of strength and need, and develop practical strategies for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and individuals, including crisis intervention and aftercare planning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services and resources.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
  • May provide training and supervision to new staff members, and contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
Requirements
  • Master of Science or Master of Arts Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology.
  • State licensure or license eligibility with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • Current license as required by state.
  • Specialized training as required by state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks.
