Job Summary
We seek a skilled HOA Property Manager to join our team at JLA Real Estate Group Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in governing and running our Home Owner Association properties. This includes managing a portfolio of associations, communicating with homeowners and board members, and conducting property inspections. If you possess strong customer service and teamwork skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of associations, ensuring seamless communication between homeowners and board members.
  2. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  3. Prepare detailed board packets, including financial reports and meeting minutes.
  4. Host effective board meetings, facilitating open discussion and addressing community concerns.
  5. Process work orders and vendor follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  6. Collect and present bids to the board for approval.
  7. Oversee community finances, developing and managing budgets to meet the needs of the community.
  8. Create engaging newsletters and flyers to keep homeowners informed about community updates.
  9. Provide expert guidance to the board on architectural applications and community policies.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to drive to properties and conduct inspections.
  • Proficiency in operating computer programs for work orders and online documentation.
