We are seeking a highly skilled Community Association Manager to join our team at JLA Real Estate Group Inc. in Riverside, CA.

This role involves managing a portfolio of associations from our corporate office, ensuring seamless governance and day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Corresponding with homeowners and board members to address their concerns and needs
  • Conducting property inspections and walks to identify areas for improvement
  • Preparing board packets and materials for meetings
  • Hosting board meetings to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
  • Managing work orders and vendor follow-ups
  • Collecting and presenting bids to the board
  • Overseeing financials and budgeting to meet community needs
  • Creating newsletters and flyers to keep homeowners informed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of community association management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to operate computer programs for work orders and documentation

Our ideal candidate has experience in real estate-related jobs, preferably in an office setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

As a Community Association Manager at JLA Real Estate Group Inc., you can expect a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k) contributions, dental insurance, health insurance, two weeks paid time off, and vision insurance.
