About the Role

FLEX College Prep is seeking a highly skilled and experienced College Admissions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Admissions Consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping high school students achieve their college admissions goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic college application plans for students
  • Provide expert guidance on college essay writing, resume development, and interview preparation
  • Lead seminars and workshops on academic and extracurricular strategies
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure student success
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest college admissions trends and requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a U.S. Top 50 college or university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a college admissions consultant or counselor
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Passion for higher education and commitment to student success
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Expert knowledge of the U.S. college admissions process
  • Professional presentation skills and ability to lead and manage projects
  • Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
