We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator Lead to join our team at Integrated Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives and managing day-to-day office operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to our executives, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  2. Manage office supplies, update organizational charts, and coordinate department or equipment moves.
  3. Respond to inquiries and problems within established authority, handling confidential information and serving as the central contact for general department information.
  4. Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
