  • Store Operations: Oversee the annual store audit process to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Tie all communication to the company mission and vision, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain general cleanliness standards, both inside and outside of the store, to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Process ePlanogram updates in the point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory levels and pricing.
  • Quality Control: Ensure ePlanogram updates are completed on time and to plan, and that all price labels are updated to reflect current pricing.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License preferred.
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience preferred.
  • GED preferred.
  • Ability to Operate Point-of-Sale System and cataloging.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and accuracy, as well as ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to Stand and Walk for entire work shift.
  • Ability to Move Merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to Move Heavy Equipment using moving aids.
  • Ability to Speak Clearly and listen attentively.
