Job Description

The Aircraft Maintenance Professional will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of aircraft. This includes inspecting and servicing engines, airframes, and avionics systems, as well as performing troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of aircraft systems and be able to work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft engines, airframes, and avionics systems
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address potential issues
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate aviation maintenance, with a focus on turboprop and business jet aircraft
  • Part 91/135 knowledge and certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

The Aircraft Maintenance Professional will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a variety of settings, including hangars, ramps, and outdoors. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Salary

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
