We are seeking a motivated and personable Mobile Associate to become a vital part of our team at ati. Previous experience in the wireless or cellular retail sector is highly valued.

Role Overview:

The Mobile Associate (MA) thrives in a vibrant and fast-paced atmosphere. The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service in the retail environment by assisting both new and existing customers with their unique technology requirements and resolving issues. The MA should effectively position and promote ati products against competitors in the wireless market, tailoring recommendations based on the customer's specific needs.

As a crucial member of the store team, the MA will work towards achieving the store's financial targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including welcoming customers, answering inquiries, and assessing their needs.
  • Surpass monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts to identify additional revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in all store operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management in the daily operations of the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and sales transactions in line with company guidelines.
  • Support customers with service activations, account changes, and billing inquiries, including equipment replacements and accessory sales.
  • Engage in solution selling, ensuring customers receive the most suitable technology solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Retail and sales experience in the wireless sector is essential.
  • Proven background in retail sales or similar environments with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to analyze performance, plan effectively, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
