Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with various requests, including travel planning, providing information on destinations, and facilitating bookings.
  • Perform cashiering duties and manage transactions efficiently.
  • Support clients with travel-related inquiries and offer personalized recommendations.

Work Schedule:

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail sales, hospitality, or a similar customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and service quality targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
