Role Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in addressing their visual requirements and foster loyalty to the practice.
  • Identify, address, and resolve customer service challenges effectively.
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience while striving to achieve personal, practice, and organizational objectives.
  • Verify that the completed eyewear adheres to our optical standards and meets customer specifications.
  • Become familiar with and uphold the procedures for operating the dispensary.
  • Implement best practices to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with your District Manager.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with practice doctors, leadership, and team members.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the optical field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
