About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at America's Best, part of National Vision. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on eyewear and eye care, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell, fit, and dispense eyewear to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Meet National Vision's sales and company objectives, adhering to our Code of Conduct and fostering a professional and productive environment.
  • Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, performing insertion and removal training as permitted by state law.
  • Educate customers on proper eyeglass and contact lens care, maintaining accurate and organized patient records.
  • Notify customers of order readiness or delays, assisting with picking out eyewear and recommending suitable products.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, maintaining visual merchandising according to Brand and Company Standards.
  • Ensure inventory control and loss prevention procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience or training in retail/customer service, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
  • Strong selling skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to give clear and concise instructions to customers, interacting with all levels of employees in a courteous and professional manner.
