HVAC Operations Manager

Crothall Healthcare is a leading provider of specialized healthcare services, with over 1300 healthcare service teams across 46 states. As an HVAC Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facilities' mechanical systems.
Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year
About the JobThe successful candidate will assist the Director of Plant Operations in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the HVAC Shop. This includes maintaining a high-quality workflow to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, reviewing and evaluating existing methods and systems, and developing recommendations for improvement.
You will work closely with the Director to prepare and maintain various department records, including those related to The Joint Commission, Department of Health Standards, and local authorities.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating construction and renovation programs, monitoring employee work performance, and providing on-the-job training to new staff members.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have at least five years of experience in HVAC operations, preferably in a healthcare setting. You should also possess strong knowledge of engineering principles, plant operations methods, and management practices.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems and the ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complex instructions are essential.
