Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management, and system backups.
  • Network Administration: Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues and providing guidance on system usage.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ CE equivalent or higher, Computing Environment (CE) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Security Clearance: DOD Security Clearance (Secret-Level minimum) required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DoD Tier 3 Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • DoD 8570 IAT-II baseline certification.
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • Experience with Citrix, Dameware, Active Directory, Windows 7, 10 & 11, Microsoft Office 365, iPhone, and remote desktop (Citrix).
