We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Park Monitor. As a Park Monitor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and creating a memorable experience for everyone.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily park procedures, inspections, and reservation management.
- Monitor and assist climbers and axe throwers, providing guidance as needed.
- Engage with guests to deliver exceptional outdoor experiences and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints, emergency situations, and assist with park maintenance.
- Enforce park policies and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Share personal and operational updates with the management team promptly.
- Assist with various park tasks as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Comfortable working at heights in all weather conditions.
- Minimum age of 18 and ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Climbing experience is a plus but not required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Experience working in group settings is advantageous.
- Background in adventure tourism is a bonus.
**Work Schedule:**
- Hourly position with 20-40 hours per week depending on operational needs.
- Preference for candidates able to commit to the full operating season.
- Flexible schedule required, including weekdays and weekends.
**Compensation:**
Park Monitors earn $15+ per hour based on qualifications and experience.
