Principal Engineer, Process Sustaining Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Process Engineer to join our engineering team in Camas, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating and improving fab performance through data analysis, value stream mapping, and capacity modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Electrical test and Sort Yield data to identify key issues and communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Drive solution development, change management, and monitor effectiveness of new process implementations
- Prepare and present key operational metrics to senior management, including improvement recommendations and solutions
- Coordinate with IT, Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, and other site support groups to meet internal and external customer demand
- Partner with manufacturing modules to optimize production for bottleneck toolsets and drive projects to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Physical Science; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Process Engineering, Yield Improvement, or Process Integration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of various failure analysis methods
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed teams
