Job Title: Process Innovation Engineer

As a Process Innovation Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing processes to improve production efficiencies, yields, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process modifications to improve production efficiencies and yields
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify physical causes of failure and improve quality
  • Collaborate with product design and development personnel to ensure process compatibility
  • Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) and engineering statistics
  • Drive best-in-class quality, productivity, throughput, environmental performance, process robustness, cost, and manufacturability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in ChemE, Mat Sci, EE, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of direct semiconductor industry experience with Diffusion and/or Implant process technologies
  • Advanced understanding of SPC and engineering statistics
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive best-in-class quality, productivity, throughput, environmental performance, process robustness, cost, and manufacturability
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of direct semiconductor industry experience with RTP and Metrology process technologies
  • Significant knowledge of device physics and bipolar and MOS device integration
  • 2+ years of interdisciplinary project management experience within semiconductor industry
  • 2+ years of hands-on academic or industry experience with process and materials development

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $73,200 to $100,650. Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
