Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. This is a per diem opportunity that offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to diversify your work experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement tailored speech therapy treatment programs for individual patients. They will collaborate with our treatment team, supervise support personnel, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in speech therapy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A current Speech Language Pathologist licensure or a provisional permit issued by the State of Idaho is required.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is required at time of hire.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with swallowing disorders or extensive dysphagia management experience within an internship/externship program is required.
  • Previous experience in Acute Care or Rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Active membership within ASHA is preferred.
