This Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is located in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include performing patient assessments, developing a plan of care, implementing and evaluating care, directing, monitoring, and evaluating the care delegated to non-licensed personnel, and providing educational materials to patients and families.
You will also be responsible for administering medications and completing treatments according to hospital policy, reviewing new physician orders, ensuring that orders are carried out and documented correctly, and verifying that other departments are notified of orders and services.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited Nursing program
- A current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required as per St. David's Healthcare policy
