We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in the Austin area.

Job SummaryThe Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities to grow professionally and contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Administer medications, complete treatments, and perform venipuncture as needed
- Provide education to patients and families on care and treatment options
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification desired
