Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interest in and experience with emerging legal technology tools, with the capability to evaluate and recommend new solutions.
  • Proficient in managing a diverse workload from multiple sources while prioritizing effectively.
  • Capable of working autonomously and confidently under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor with a collaborative approach, fostering effective relationships across functions and cultures.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school and a university degree.
  • Admission to practice in at least one U.S. state.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable law firm, focusing on contract and transactional law.
