We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As an Infection Prevention and Minimum Data Set (MDS) Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents
- Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education
- Collaborate with the resident, family, or advocate, and other interdisciplinary colleagues
- Ensure ongoing care and quality of life for each resident
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year of experience working with the senior population. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred, and certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified (RAC-CT) is a plus. You must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
