Job Title: Mobility Management Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Transdev is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobility Management Customer Service Representative. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with transportation services, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with enrolling in transportation services, navigating application requirements, and providing information on eligibility for paratransit services.
  • Field inbound calls from customers, record consumer feedback, and respond to rider questions regarding services.
  • Process customer payments, primarily via telephone, and provide basic information on fare and taxi accounts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree or two years of college preferred.
  • Minimum two years of general work experience required; three years of progressively increasing responsibility in a fast-paced operations environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn transit scheduling software.
  • Ability to speak a second language is a plus.

Work Environment: This role will be performed in a professional office environment, with minimal lifting required. The office is environmentally friendly, and smoking and artificial scents are not permitted.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, with mostly Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM hours. However, flexibility to work non-traditional business days and hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, is required.
