K9 Resorts of Malvern is seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Resort Guest Service Representative. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our furry guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet all customers entering the building, respond to telephone inquiries, and provide tours of the facility to potential customers.
- Pet Care: Take custody of pets, ensure they are properly placed in the building, feed and medicate dogs, and provide personal playtimes when requested.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform sanitation of the lobby, boarding, and daycare accommodations, and monitor daycare.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform check-in/check-out and reservation procedures in the POS system, and assist with tasks as requested by management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
- Personality: Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality with salesmanship skills.
