Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic informant for assigned regional team, providing resource management, strategic planning, and financial reporting on partner events and operational activity.
  • Contribute to and present in various standing meetings to cascade information, reinforce process-driven efficiencies, and inform on continued training opportunities.
  • Manage a complex regional event calendar for planning and forecasting all regional account executive activity.
  • Process all regional administrative requests within the outlined handle time.
  • Build working relationships with the entire regional team, understanding their capabilities, schedules, and communication preferences.
  • Review and maintain multiple reports, databases, and platforms to ensure data accuracy, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Partner Programs.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum and content offered by the USCCA, including mini-classes, full curriculum, guides, etc.
  • Facilitate all contracts, payments, prerequisites, and credentials pertaining to Official Partner certification.
  • Address and resolve urgent and relevant tasks promptly.
  • Roll out new programs, processes, and contracts to outside sales and external partners.
  • Up to approximately 15% of the role may involve domestic travel to regional and/or district meetings.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or sales support role.
  • Experience with USCCA training curriculum preferred.
  • Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. Paid Training is provided for all hires.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Google Products Suite, with a willingness to learn adjacent platforms and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a diverse range of people within all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
