Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute sterile compounding in accordance with company policies and regulations, including USP 797 and USP 800.

2. Maintain proficiency in sterile compounding practices.

3. Engage in medication management for pharmacy compounding, which includes ordering, receiving, and maintaining medications and supplies.

4. Address equipment, hardware, and software issues related to compounding.

5. Participate in the completion and documentation of all cleaning and monitoring activities related to sterile compounding, including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.

6. Collaborate with a team to promptly address all compounding needs.

7. Maintain ongoing educational and practical training related to sterile compounding.

Required Qualifications:
1. Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in Minnesota.

2. A minimum of 1 year of consistent experience in sterile compounding.

3. Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift schedule (between 7am-7pm on weekdays with rotating weekends).

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification.

2. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks.

2. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

3. Ability to climb stairs and ladders.

Soft Skills:
1. Ability to work independently to resolve high-stakes issues.
