Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott Pleasanton. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain linen supplies, including towels, toiletries, and other essentials
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers and dryers
  • Keep public areas, including hallways and lounges, clean and tidy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including laundry and cleaning supplies
