Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse patient populations.
  • At least two years of experience in community engagement activities.

You will also need to possess technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to acquire skills for entering updated insurance information into NextGen database.
