- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on prevention and disease management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
- Current, valid license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.
- AANP or ANCC national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA licensure or ability to obtain.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in primary care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a fully digitized office, with proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and other clinical software.
- Knowledge of genetic testing, blood testing, oral pathology screening, EKG, and ultrasound technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
